Thanks so much for taking time to review my guide. I've been thinking about 'merging' the builds together, maybe even just focus on the Carry jungler item build.
I'll take into account all your notes, and hope to improve my guide :D

I'm terrible at season 3 jungle so I have 0 intelligent things to say about jungling. \o/

Idk about having some entirely different offtank build. By building normal items you would build on mid lane Diana, you can actually get fairly tanky anyway. E.g. Abyssal Mask gives mres, Zhonya's Hourglass gives armor, Doran's Rings adds health until you replace them, Haunting Guise also adds health. People dislike Diana because she's innately tanky, can build items like Zhonya/Abyssal/GA and still do a million damage.
Runes: Why list Greater Seal of Scaling Health as a possible alt rune, esp for jungling? Also your runes display has Greater Glyph of Magic Resist, but you talk about scaling in your text lol. And AP quints are more for initial clear time, not really carrying. Really dunno about HP quints. You kinda already have artificial HP w/ Pale Cascade.
Masteries: Fyi, Mastermind will also reduce the cooldown on Smite. And I think Expanded Mind is more for a player who is playing her mid and really likes to spam Crescent Strike.
Items: Not entirely sure why you emphasize Rabadon's Deathcap over magic penetration. There's a broken image tag in your carry items too.
Ganking Styles: When ganking enemies under tower, you can use her ult to jump to jungle camps over walls (e.g. blue team double golems), then stand in the bush near the tower, and you won't be seen by wards in the tribush.
Random Note: Moonfall can interrupt "dashes" where the champion physically moves.
