Click on the cog icon in the top right and go to "edit profile."
There is a link that says "have your name and Elo verified!" click on that.
You will now see all of the instructions on how to be verified. Since you are on EUNE it might take some time to find someone to verify you. Just make sure you've played 50 games if it's solo queue ELO as that is the requirement.
