With regards to the actual guide, I think you're doing alright. However, I do strongly suggest the usage of coding, like mentioned in previous comments. Adding in images and color will appeal to the general audience better, since most people don't like huge walls of text. You should also go over all the text for grammatical errors. The people that do have the patience to read the whole thing generally hate bad grammar. For example, capitalize the first word of the sentence, making "i" into "I", and fixing some spelling mistakes.

As for the actual content, I suggest you change up your runes a bit. Instead of your current set up, I suggest you go with Greater Mark of Magic Penetration, Greater Seal of Armor, Greater Glyph of Magic Resist, and Greater Quintessence of Gold. There are tiers within each type of runes, and even though they might give the same stats, the value could be different. For example, you get approximately 0.5 more armor from 1 Greater Seal of Armor than 1 Greater Mark of Armor. It adds up pretty quickly.

Finally, I agree that Awareness is an underrated mastery, but I fail to see how it sets up kills. You could take it on Taric for the bonus experience though, but I suggest you elaborate your explanations.

I've been reading your guide and I see some things that could improve:

What is missing:
- Coding, though you have a bit of colour here and there, it isn't enough. You need to add more picures like: zeke's herald or coding like: zeke's herald.
- Summoner spells explanation (though it might be obvious with Taric, it is always good to explain why you take Exhaust and Flash and what the alternatives are)

What could be better:
* Add more titles to the tactical chapters (Laning phase + Late game), so things are a bit more clear. Things like: "In the lane", "Your attack damage carry", "Killing an enemy" and "Escaping". (these are just examples of course)
* Change your chapter order (basically put your spells chapter before the runes chapter)
* Give Pros and cons an own chapter (this is not necessary, but I just prefer it this way)
* Change all "i" to "I", you are more important than anyone else, so you deserve a capital letter :P
* Thank the readers at the end of your guide, so the reader feels important and will like your guide more :D

These are a number of tips that should improve your guide, so you could maybe reach the top :D
