@utopus
I always strive to make this guide better so I really appreciate all your constructive criticism. I will update my guide once I have time and once the guide contest is over(since I'm not allowed to change it after the deadline).I agree I haven't put much emphasis on the defensive items which are really important to Mordekaiser if he does not get health. I sometimes get some health, but only when I am getting really stomped on. I'll "lighten up" the explanation so that it doesn't seem like I am 100% against getting health. Greater Seal of Scaling Ability Power is second to Greater Seal of Armor. I prefer the armor runes simply because of how useful and safe they are. I play normal blind pick games so I'll never know if I'll be facing an AD mid. I'll add in a section for shield management somewhere as well. Thanks for the review! I've +rep'd you and upvoted your review shop!

Yooooo! so a little while ago, you requested a review from my review service. Sorry for taking so long to review your guide. I've had a rough week :/

Anyways, here is your review. Don't pay particular attention to your score. Your guide is actually pretty good - the score is just there to show you the relative importance of the points im bringing up.

well i tend to use MS quints on all ap champions because being able to dodge harass tends to help me alot more then dealing a lil extra dmg but for morde i can see the point of more dmg over dodging i was writing my advice from malz point of view as i don't play morde much

Oh I see. I'll still add in something like "consider taking Greater Quintessence of Movement Speed" somewhere in the Malzahar match up. Thanks for your opinion! I appreciate it :)

Thanks for your input :D
I've been pretty busy with school lately so I haven't had much time to update the Match Ups. Yea Malzahar is a pretty hard opponent for Mordekaiser especially in the early stages of the game. He can't keep his Iron Man up due to Malefic Visions's DoT. I'm not so sure about the MS quints though. Usually Tier 2 Boots are sufficient enough to dodge the Call of the Void since it does have a short delay. Suppressions can really mess up Mordekaiser especially in teamfights so a QSS is indeed mandatory. I agree his difficulty would be around 6-7/10.

Hello was just hoping to help you add to your guide for the counters as i noticed you didn't have anything for malzahar plain and simple while not as spammy as say cass or karthus his virus is a great harass and farm on top of that he can supress you and DoT down your iron man from afar i usually play malzahar when im against a morde HOWEVER if morde gets a QSS then malz is screwed so i would suggest changing it up so you have movespeed quints to avoid the silence and a QSS at some-point after your revolver then you can bait his ult and qss out leaving him on CD for mos of his spells and if you can get to late game you probably will beat him so id say 6-7/10 maybye?

Hey DemonSovereign,

Great guide! Good use of coding! Your use of spoilers is inspirational! Nice Tips&Tricks, and great use of columns :) A very well thought out and written guide, very deserving of the #1 spot on MobaFire.

With that said, here are my suggestions

Again, great guide, you've done most everything already. I had a hard time finding things to suggest. :) Upvoted! You've earned it.

Hey, thanks for the feedback and the upvote, muchmuch appreciated. Your guide is heavenly. Very very well organized with the headers and bbcoding. So much better than mine. I may have to steal a page or two from your book :D +1

Thank you for the comment and upvote :D
I've been toying around with the format a lot ever since I made it. It's fun to see how it turns out! I still think your guide is very nice. Your headers have a lot more thought put into them than mine xd

Nice Guide, it helps alot and shows you many things about Morde, that you didn't know befor (eg. the jungle hint about when to use an ability:)

But I have to add two things to this guide:
1. Ironman is set down to 0 if you block a CC-Spell (at least it was like that in the preseason).

2. Mace Of Spades applies your AD - only as MD. The damage of this ability increases by 1 per AD.

But never the less, it was a great guide, eventhough it takes a while to read through it all...

Thank you! I already had the second point in there before.
Quoted:
Unlike most empowered abilities, Mace of Spades will cause your next AA to deal only magic damage. The damage caused by your AD from a normal AA will not be applied.

I'll have to test out that first point though. I never really noticed that. Yea it is pretty long lol
