What the title said. However I'm not looking for a top laner so that he can join a team. Basically I'm looking for a 1100-1600 ELO Top Laner that I can train/play with. We'll just do 1v1's just to train cs-ing, playing against certain champions, practice our champions. Stuff like that. What champs are you especially good at it? I'd be interested in doing some sessions.

My main 4 champions are Singed, Jax, Rumble and Riven however I can play a lot of other ones too.

I got account at EuNE but im working on a "smurf" on euW, i could do this when i get to level 30 or possibly earlier?

1100 - 1600 is a large elo range. :D
