It actually doesn't, unless it's a short wall because he doesn't pull the champion completely. 2 short yanks a set distance. The lantern pull on his W is full length though.

Have to try to jungle with him, kind of reminds me of Nautilus.
Tested him in 1 game vs bots, he doesn't scale with anything, tried building ap, he won't do any damage. I guess he needs to build support-like.
And his name sounds so uncreative, it doesn't fit with shadow Isles theme at all.
