Merc Treads and Spirit of the Golem in one build is redundant since Tenacity doesn't stack. I'd recommend Ninja Tabi or Mobility Boots instead.
Other than that great work.
+1! :)

Build!!
I played Jarvan few months ago, and i thought it was broken.
But now with this build, just ZOMG so OP!!
I nearly beleave it, but see this:
The only one i've lost was because our adc DC at 5 mins and i had to babysit like 15 mins the line, it was not so amusing.
Let me first say that one of the main problems I have with Jarvan is knowing which items to build.
My problem is thus; if I'm tanky I don't do any damage, and if I do damage I die instantly.
So, to query the items.
Wriggles lantern is rarely completed on many of the games I've watched TheOddOne play. Why is that? He chooses to end with Madreds and build into some other item, usually the Locket of the Iron Solari. Is this because it isn't worth the gold? Or is it that he relies on successful ganks rather than a sustained farm for gold, thereby not needing Wriggles?
Secondly, I've seen a few guides that build philosophers on Jarvan. Is that viable?
I never know the correct time to buy brutaliser. It usually works if I buy it relatively quickly to help gank power, but then I'm not tanky at all, at least two expensive items away from being ablt to protect myself against a AP heavy or AD heavy team, and if it's mixed them I'm ****ed!
I just want to output a lot damage and not die instantly. Thanks for the inspiration, and the guide!

I also wouldn't suggest maxing Q first when jungling. The reason it's maxed when laning is because of its poke function that allows you to deal free damage in a line to enemy champions and minions. The increased attack speed and armor gained from maxing E provides greater statistical benefits to your allies when ganking and to yourself when jungling, so it makes far better sense to max it first.
