Why should I max Sivir's q first instead of her W?

Instant movement is a lot more powerful than increased movespeed most of the time because it's, well, instant and you generally can't be CC'd out of it. Sivir's ult is really good though, it's a shame they nerfed it. Edit: I think I might've read your sentence wrong but oh well. :P[/quote]
