It sure is better but there's still a few errors in your masteries.

Moonflair Spellblade (the mastery, not the S2 item) is only good if you got AP and I already told you that getting on Ashe isn't the best thing to do.

And she doesn't really need Destruction since she will have high damaga output.

Weapon Expertise would fit better because you'd get extra armor penetration.

As for Cleanse, it's only good agaisnt high CC team. I'd try either Ignite or Exhaust and put your last point in Summoner's Wrath . Try these first before replying ok.

Crystalline Flask become useless late game. Get Bloodthirster instead for better sustain.

Malady and Nashor's Tooth are terrible on Ashe since she doesn't scale well with AP.

Get either Black Cleaver or Last Whisper. One is enough.

Infinity Edge work extremely well on her due to her passive.

Your missing your Runes. As for your masteries, I'd go 21/9/0, taking everythinhg on the AD side and incresed HP and armor.
