I know how you feel. In every single game I played 
Thresh, I had to ask if they know how to use it.
And it's even more frustrating when your laning against Blitzcrank, your ADC get grabbed and killed when you've thrown him the lantern. Or when they decide to waste Flash instead.

I myself also forget to click it every once in a while :P, but that is just really, because I forgot I can.
Thresh is still new in the game, and people will need to get used to this great ability.
Once we all are used to him, we won't waste Flash anymore :P

Yeah of course, I understand he is a new, but he is just as new to me as anyone else. I took five minutes out to do a little research and learned how he works, its not much to ask really. So I thought I would put it here for all to see.
It's just getting really frustrating. Especially when you throw it out to someone who can come save you and they just run off...
