i dont know if this has been said already. but i quickly went through your build and saw some things i did not like. There was one thing that really striked me... THAT COMBO IS WTF?? i can clearly see that you didn't investigate Thresh much but that combo is not the maximum damage. you should defenitly use your ultimate directly after Death Sentence and Flay them into it..

It can work, provided that your jungler and top laner can put out enough dps. Doesn't mean it's viable.

After playing ~20 games with Thresh trying everything from Support, Off Tank, Bruiser, Tank, Jungler and ADC...This is by far the strongest build I have done with Thresh thus far. I am currently 2-0 as APC Mid with Thresh..and I know that both of the other players that were mid were good players with a strong understanding of the meta game.

I'm by no means saying I'm the best player in league or that this way of building him could be "wrong" theory crafting wise...but what I can say is APC Thresh is TOUGH as hell

i'm gonna try adding stuff to my guide, it could be more complete. I'm planning to add more core items and MAYBE, pictures of games that i had with Thresh ap middle. Theres a lot of other things that i want to add, but i dont have time right now.

I've won a game with an enemy Thresh mid. That counts.

I would like to see some more variety in the item path showing core items, items to choose in certain cases, like if you have hard time laning take abyssal, if youre going well take lich bane and stuff like that. The build you have standing there right now could work as an example build. Btw attackspeed and manaregeneration are big problems of thresh, you may use wits end and/or dorans rings for start.

For those who want to downvote every guide just cause of early stage of the champion: Please test the builds first or at least give it a good look. Most of them turn out to be indeed very viable and good. For me the biggest surprise was ADC Thresh working out best of all roles i tried him in yet! Keep in mind that the tear solves mana problems but charges rather slow cause of the high cooldowns of thresh. If fully charged though the muramana is amazing on him!
