What makes no sense to me is why does ice born have no worse slow for range when trinity does still. I mean aoe is one think but still its 30% slow on range even if aoe is smaller when this hits live. Where trinity is a 20% and not even 100% chance like iceborn is its low chance.
I think it's fine. If they halved the radius of the circle, the circle will actually be 4 times smaller... So it's pretty much a single target slow only, and it's gonna be so small that even the single target will barely stay in the slow circle for like 1 second.
Phage's slow isn't completely reliable but at least it lasts more than a second and it has no cooldown.
Also, Iceborn gives very little damage for a pretty high cost so the reliable slow is pretty expensive.
