First off, I disagree with the usage of Black Cleaver on Darius. Black Cleaver works best with champions who can achieve the maximum amount of stacks on it. Darius is not an attack speed champion, he needs to make every hit count, and so thus I would rather have Last Whisperer so that I am hitting hard EVERY time.
I also do not see a Frozen Mallet, Which in my opinion, is key for any fight that your enemy isn't committing to. Every stat on that item is useful, and rounds out a Darius build quite well in almost every situation.
Your recommendation for Blade of the Ruined King didn't sit well with me either. Again, it has always been the item that works best with Attack Speed champs such as Master Yi. The 4% extra damage per hit is useless on Darius, and the Lifesteal can be gained in much more useful items. The active isn't bad, but would only be viable with a Glass Cannon build, as opposed to Bruiser Darius.
Those are my thoughts, please do respond and let me know what you think about what I said as I'm sure my response is as much appreciated as yours would be.

Also, the cheat sheet is confusing + messy to the point where the only thing I understand is the full build and you don't really explain it well either.
Overall your guide lacks depth. :[
