Honor Ribbon went away? :: League of Legends (LoL) Forum on MOBAFire

So I took a break from LoL for about 2-3 weeks, right around when S3 was about to kick off. I played a few matches today and noticed my honor ribbon was gone. I don't really care that much; just curious - did they reset them for S3 or something?

no they just changed the prerequests to earn ribbons in a patch or two ago

Ah that makes sense. I recall just getting mine before I quit for awhile during christmas break, guess thats why it went away >_<

maybe a ratio on honors aquired and games played , or simply an higher number of honor required. The honorable opponet went off from me too in these days.

It can't be a ratio of honor vs. games played, because I didn't play any games - I stopped playing completely for a bit; and when I came back it was gone. It must be a higher number I suppose - hard to imagine because I have friends that got theirs at 30 ribbons or less, and I didn't get mine till 73

I don't have exact numbers but Lyte said he reduced the percentages of Honorable Opponent because so many players had it and I think he lowered the requirement for Helpful, Friendly and Teamwork by just a bit.
