To put it simply, you know nothing about and very little about the game.

1. Runes are wrong. Reds must be magic pen, no exceptions.

2. Masteries are wrong. 19/11/0 is wrong. 21/9/0 is correct.

3. Item build is completely wrong. Your first item must be into as fast as possible. Your other items are all wrong except for deathcap and Zhonya's. Do not build anything except damage on .

4. Skill sequence is wrong. I'm not entirely sure what is correct, but I think you should start Q and max E first.
