Is Nami Viable?

While all of her skills seem inferior to say, sona support (i find their ability types pretty similar) Her stun is absolutely amazing. AoE stun, on a low CD? it's so good if you can land it. I've had nami's solely change the direction of a team fight because she was able to bubble 3+ people. She's definitely a hard support to pick up - like janna.
