Thank you both for the explaination, I never meant to sound arrogant or throw back the advice. I will try to implement the tips in this guide or in the next I will make.
I thank you both for the advice. The inital reason I had and still have for not taking the early point in rewind is the fact it witholds me from taking an additional in my bomb or my slow, it is tricky, and yes it does not allow you to double bomb till level 8 which is a drawback. The early huge slow and damage output works out best with my playing style. When I have time I will add a section with information how the early
Cheers

Now, back to
Lots of white text
No alternative summoner spell options given (While I am pretty sure that exhaust is super awesome on Zilean)
A missing skill explanation.
A missing conclusion
Putting the spells and skill chapter in front of item section instead of after
And some other minor things.
Do not get me wrong, your guide is actually pretty good for a first one.
But if someone gives you advice, you should listen to them, not throw their advice back in their face.
I didn't downvote you because people only get dissapointed from -1's.
I didn't vote at all.
Do what you wish with my comment, I am here to help.
If you feel like not listening to me, that means you will not take advice from your readers, thus will not grow in your guide writing skills.
Which is quite dissappointing.
Now, good luck I guess

And it isn't smart.
Zilean is in need of this skill, it will help harass, it will help with mobility, and it will help with your ultimate.
Putting a point in lvl 8 is too late.
I also said:
"There is no valid argument against taking Rewind early.
If you think it costs too much mana, there are better alternatives for it than refusing to upgrade this spell early."
You have still given not 1 good argument against putting a point in your W.
I didn't downvote you because of this mistake, but now I feel like doing it...
If you have 25% CDR from your build, Time warp will have a CD of 15 seconds.
If you slow 1 person and use Rewind, there is just 5 seconds in between and you can use it again.
Also: It is a great spell for your ultimate, because your ultimate has just a too long CD.
There is no valid argument against taking Rewind early.
If you think it costs too much mana, there are better alternatives for it than refusing to upgrade this spell early.
All the arguments you pose now, only hold when I already have my ult or have the items, therefore taking it before lvl 6 is completely pointless because I never have enough CR before that time to make it valid.
Btw the duration of the speed boost is only 5sec therefore the gap of 5 seconds is not enough to make me able to slow and speed seperate targets at the same time.
EDIT: Other than that I would like you both to base your comment on more than one item where we simply disagree, which does not nessesarily make my guide a bad Zilean guide.
