[/quote] AP Ashe would be just as viable as any other joke build. Fun, but not as effective as DPS Ashe. Ashe should never get that much attack speed, but with the new [icon=Phantom Dancer size=17] Phantom Dancer, that is a perfect 2nd item to buy after purchasing the much-needed [icon=Infinity Edge size=17] I-Edge. You get all the attack speed you'll need, a solid amount of crit, and a very high movement speed, coupled with an extra 3% from masteries and [icon=Boots of Swiftness size=17] Boots of Swiftness you should be the fastest champion making you the best kiter. This gives you a good amount of AS to keep them in your slows (tbh you really only need around 40$), more 250% crits, and better kiting.[/quote]
