Hybrid reds, either flat armor yellows depending on your lane opponent or flat mana regen if you're not good at conserving mana or just want to poke more, and ap scaling blues. flat ap quints too. imo best way to play annie

Since you mention you like your reds for early game power, why dont you try flat AD? Annie has the greatest auto-attack range after Caitlyn. Just an idea.

thanks guys. i'll and RaNuD, I'll get some flat AD's once i get more IP points. Kinda spent ATM lol. it sucks not being able to see who you're up against before you fight in normals, although cant you usually tell who will be your mid opposition in ranked drafts?

I'm having trouble deciding quints, glyphs and seals though. I know i need AP, but i don't know if i should scale or go flat.
I buy MR and Armor late game if i need, but i can usually stay far enough away to get a few rampages.
and what about CDR? I'm so confused and lost. I'm just staring at the runes in the store and cant decide!!!
