can you tell us what order to normally build the items in; like against bruisers and against tanks.

Wriggles lantern and feral flare doesn't exist anymore, what should I take instead? Also why do you take 2 dorans blade?

You should try out my personal item build guide, it's incredibly dominant and I've been a huge carry in every game (I'm not even that great at league, barely play). Rush Tiamat first every time, helps with wave clear, damage, and passive health regen then proceed to finish hydra first. Split push and farm until you have enough for a BF Sword, upgrade that into Bloodthirster and continue to split push. If you go aggressive early you can easily zone your opponent out of their cs and win the 1v1s as long as you don't take minion damage, just force the trade every time they try to kill minions and keep your rage full. Early kills are easy if you trade right and you will get a lead on your opponent and force the jungler or mid laner to focus on you, so place a ward deep in the river and in that intersection behind blue buff then spin over walls until you're safe. After bloodthirster build a stinger for attack speed, helps a lot in everything because of hydra aoe and your lifesteal. Buy another BF sword, upgrade into Infinity Edge. After that I upgrade from basic boots (sometimes go games with no boots because i spin over walls and use teleport to get back to lane).

By end game I usually have Hydra, Bloodthirster, Zephyr, Infinity Edge, Berserker Boots, and a Blade of the Ruined King (only as a last item, the other items I feel are much more important)

Few tips in lane:
1. Take every chance to trade with the enemy, but stay at full rage to get great trades.
2. You're going to push them in a LOT, so go in, melee 1 time and immediately spin out. If you crit you will get massive damage and your spin will do damage on the way out (Because of this, I max Q, W, and keep 1 point in E until both are maxed) Don't worry about ehaling after you take a turret shot, it will just make you stronger the next time you do it and your ulti will be up soon.
2.5. Be extra cautions after the spin out trade and back all the way to the center of the lane every time just in case the jungler tries to get you when you're weaker.

Hi, i've got smoe modification 'cuz i have no ip to do all the stuff you done with the runes so i took in sort of 3 atack speed / 1 atack speed and 2 lifestile (=+1 doran blade)

I would not take merc treads agains alistar, tenacity does not affect knock-ups (like alistar's Q , cho's Q) and pushes (Alistar's W and Lee Sin's R), tenacity affects slows, stuns (udyr's E, Irelia's E), taunts, charm (i think), silence.
