Its unfinished, you don't really put any detail in your guide at all. It's also boring to read because its a big wall of text. If you need help coding, i can help you if you PM me. It would be best if you archive this guide and complete it, then re-publish the guide when you are done.
I must admit the guide doesn't look rather pretty and could use a ton more coding :O
If you are going to ripoff someone, at least don't rip of the top guide :L

Okay.. Basicly, all Fizz players needs the same items in same order. I found the source on a website as i told.. Can u explain abit more about what u mean with ¨Coding¨ ?

Your "Cons" section:
Cons
He's melee.
Hard to master.
Doesn't have any sustain.
His ultimate( Chum the Waters) is a skill-shot.
Needs a lot of farm (or early kills) in order to do well.
Easily dies if focused. And gets usually focused.

Your guide is super incomplete and that is something you must never do which is Publishing an Unfinished guide...
Coding is: Colors, pictures, links, basically everything that isn't plain text.
This is neccessary in order to make your guide appealing to read.
Also: The guide is too listy.
People do not like to read lists, they like to read stories.
