When they got rid of bloodrazor and made health cheaper, I knew that they would eventually bring it back in some form or another. And here it is, only even stupider than it used to be. Should be fun, with the ore recent patches now offensive items are way stronger than defensive items. I think it's Riot's way of nerfing tanks in general and forcing people to play smarter instead of relying solely on tanks to front line damage soak while the DPSers lay on the pain from the back and just sieging each other during teamfights.
