For me its the new BT, I get Blade of the Ruined king, after my usually 2 dorans vamp scetper, and now the BotRK, which takes over BT. Much better item on all the ADC, cause of its passive and activation, its pretty amazing.
I would say on AD-carries which rely mostly on AS and not AD,

I would say I am mad because it's a LOT less interesting than the pre-patch BotRK on Udyr. Screw this AS, screw this cost. <\rant> As some said, it is now some sort of lategame (strong) situational item. I liked the old version much better.
I rarely ever complain about "balance", althought I often disagree with their decisions. But this is by far the most disapointing change I've seen in 3 seasons.
