I've had this idea for quite some time now and since the Nyandelee skin is hitting the web, how about a Meowkai? Think of it this way, instead of a tree, he is a scratching post....and throws cats instead of saprolings. His q could be cat litter, his twisted advance could remain a cloud or maybe even a giant ball of cat litter. His ult would be a circle of nyan cat or just cats circling around the rim.... o.0
