Really, CV is barely borderline-viable atm, and for
Incorrect. Firstly, warding correctly does not ensure you do not get ganked.
In addition, you are not always in a position where you CAN ward properly. If you are pushed to your tower, and the enemy has pinked the river, how will you ward against an unsuspecting tower dive?
It is not Lagger who is making assumptions, but you. You assume that with a few wards, you don't need
Runes have been mentioned before. Glyphs are heavily inadvisable. The gold/armor mix of seals should only be taken so long as you have armor marks, but I advise against this on
Masteries are meh.
Items are probably the worst bit.
CBA to read the guide in complete, but I see that just scrolling through, there are completely pointless bits. Like the CDR your abilities receive at 10%, 20%, 30% and 40%, and the whole of 'Some math' section.
Flash can't help you from a three man tower dive and if you are being pushed then you should alert your jungler so that he can come and counter gank. I know that flash helps you more so than CV (I AM NOT ARGUING THAT POINT) but this isn't a guide for using flash, there are many other guides out there for using flash exhaust. I am aware of the various uses of flash. This isn't a pubstomper guide, this isn't for competitive pro players to use in tournaments, this is for soloQ people who want to try something different and it WORKS, I use it quite often and it is very helpful. It is a DIFFERENT way to play. As a side not, heal exhaust is quite common in higher ELO games, so you are incorrect in that sense.
I am starting to come around on the glyphs though, I don't like the armor ones and I think I will change them to either mana regen or magic resist, I don't know yet.
The whole point of the guide was to try to make use of EM and CV! Jesus people, i'm not making another one of the 30 common soraka guides, i'm making a different type of one. What would be the point of making something that is already up there? I don't want to hear arguments of why flash is better, that isn't the point of this guide!
Have you read the guide or did you jsut look at the summoners and make assumptions? If you ward correctly and keep track of the jungler then you or your team should be fine. Your adc can freeze the lane by your turret or your jungler can come down to counter gank because you are prepared. You shouldn't be way in front of your ADC anyways so you should always have enough time to walk back to the turret, not to mention you can heal bait as well. There are many options for not running flash. Please read the guide before making assumptions.

As for the lvl 12 guy, I highly suggest running flash and exhaust, there are many good guides out there that teach this style of playing. You are still learning the game and thus are bound to make mistakes, this guide is not for people who are new to the game or below lvl 30.

What the OP said about ganks is incorrect and you should not listen to him. Do you think you're guaranteed not to get ganked if you constantly ward the river? You will still get ganked if the enemy has a strong ganking jungler eg

that being said, tactically how does one best apply
