Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.

In fact you guys missed out on Elise. Her Neurotoxin both good on executing and taking down tanks, plus her Rappel has along duration and wide range, giving her the ability to chase and escape not counting her Cocoon. She's just all rounded and serves for both mid and top. Besides her % Damage allows her just going for magic pen, and thus basically you have the slots to get sustain items. Her early game is really unstoppable, just wipes Lux Ryze all these squishier champions. She can go AD/AP, and her ganks are phenomenal.
