The interim CEO, Larry Probst, is the guy who was CEO from 1991-2007, so he probably knows what he's doing. EA's Board of Directors is looking for a permanent CEO, so presumably Probst isn't going to be CEO again. Then people say nice things about each other.
The press release also notes that EA's earnings for this quarter are probably going to be on the low end of or below their expectations (which they published at the end of January). I assume this means they almost certainly will be below EA's published expectations, and perhaps even substantially so.
The rest is a large disclaimer about how EA can't predict the future, so stuff might be different than what they say they expect. Like they're going to be this quarter.
Overall, very little real information.
