They are already talking about major changes to to him cause they agree his health costs are too high and the passive doesnt make up for it, at all.

i just watched a video of him.. holy **** the health costs for his skills are massive... and he his gonna get hit by every skill shot in the world trying pick up pieces of him self of the ground
