Flat magic pen. help? :)

You won't find magic reduction in your character's stat chart. So, to answer your question: No, you aren't wasting slots by stacking magic pen + magic reduction, they just show up in different places. So reduction is an aura thing reducing all targets at the same time, whereas penetration only applies to the target I'm currently attacking? that makes more sense then.... Thanks for the info again.
