Overall: Euhm, Nope
But in "my" opinion and "my" logic tells me that it is more effective like I said. Personal preference tho~
Zac is a tank and building much ap on him is wasted cuz his ratios are really bad and if you fall back with zac it's really really hard for coming back to game.
Dropt the liandris and spirit of spectral wrath and go more tanky.
if you want to "use" the spirit stone get the ancient golem spirit. It grants tenacity which you need since you go for mobility boots and it grants free armor and some usefull health and since he doesnt need the manareg and he really needs the hp it's wise to get the ancient golem spirit instead of the 50 ap which won't change much in the dmg calcs of Zac.
Rushing either the spirit visage which got good mres stats some usefull hp and the awesome passive for zacs passive it really fits zac. It's kinda personal preference if you want to go for the Wota instead maybe changing thoughts with your ap carry would be good most ap carrys will get wota later on tho.
Rushing either of those two (rushing the revolver not Wota of course) helps him out with sustain in the jungle.
After that going for a warmogs or sunfire cape or rylais is really good. Rushing a sunfire cape when the enemys are ad heavy is also a valid option but you'll need to get the revolver or the visage straight afterwards.
Rylais is powerfull too because it provides neccecary health and a "stick to your enemy" passive with Zac's W and R.
Abyssal is very usefull too since you always stick to the enemys and you have to initiate and proves mres too. I get it mostly after 2 tank items. So it's my fifth item in all.
At last I get something which fits the situation mostly a deathcap cuz it bouds up like 3-4% max health dmg with your W.
Going for more sustain or hp is valid too if your team has enough dmg but lacks the sustain.
Zac is really made for distracting and disturbing the enemy team with his reallllly intense cc power.
But if you are okay with the tankyness and if you survive mostly every teamfight I can go for straight and heavy ap. Deathcap suits here good tho.
If the enemys are really mres stacking I would even considering going more for a voidstaff than a liandris. Zac's W does such a significant dmg and it has to go through the enemy.
I consider for runes:
mpen marks - cuz you need the pen for the maxlife dmg which will be your main dmg with your R.
armor seals - armor for jungle sustain and...armor o.O
mres glyphs or armor glyphs - depending on the enemy team.
flat ap, mpen or ms quints - flat ap for the jungle dmg and some more gank dmg | mpen for making your W kinda impossible to resist | ms for sticking to your enemys even better even early on.
Also don't like the style of your guide...and...what is that pic of all items?! There are even S1 items in there o.O too big and mostly wrong just..fail at place tho~ use items which are viable for Zac instead.
You didn't used any spacers and didn't explained every choice of yours and you should link items like this ( Zac) and make little pictures for explaining things better etc. etc.
