Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.

Look at all the cc! Lissandra looks like a really fun mage, the kind of thing I'd like to play. Plus, her ult makes her temporarily invulnerable if she wants to, baddassery.
Only thing I dislike is her design. The Quinn sketch on Lissandra had a lot more interesting aspects. Also, she joined the league but there's nothing on that in her lore. I mean, isn't she supposed to be sneaky and stuff? "Oh look, I'm so sneaky I'm going to the league now, hope no one notices"
