Lag is a hardware and software problem, it's not too hard to solve. (you just need a good tablet and decent netcode and servers)
Control problems are not easy to solve however.. MOBAs on PC use mouse and keyboard, easily one of the most precise control methods available today, not to mention that you have like 60buttons on your keyboard. Trying to do the same on a touch screen is just ******ed.
Play games that have "simple" controls like Nightsky or Cut the Rope. Those are games that have good controls for a touch screen.
It is of course possible to connect a controller to your Android tablet, but that's a different matter. (still terrible for MOBAs)

didnt we have a thread about this very game a few weeks ago? we all came to the conclusion that moba games take far too long to play on a tablet which is not something you want on a tablet, you want fast easy and quick, also like searz and others said the controls are not going to work because of the whole touchscreen thing

Also, touchscreen lag goes up to the 200ms range. Trying to play an RTS with that sort of input lag on top of network ping is unacceptable.

Well, yea, but again: that's a hardware problem (I believe some good newer devices have pretty low latency) and doesn't even matter in the end because you will still not get around the inherent inaccuracy of using digital buttons instead of physical ones.
