what should i expect from my placement matches

If you duo with someone in silver(or it might be more specifically above Silver IV), then you can only win 5 and make it into Silver. The reason is playing against people with higher ELO or MMR. I've tried to do my research on that. I had a friend that did just as I described and made it into Silver. He played with someone in Silver 2 and only won 5 matches, but he was also playing against some players in Gold. So, I think it really just depends on the MMR of the people you are playing against. I could be completely wrong on this, but it's what I keep finding and what people way more familiar with the game have kept saying.[/quote]
