saw zekent run nami the other day..actually think it was on one of his smurf accounts and he was playing with DarkPercy too.
I think she can be good but very niche..and niche seems to be zekents specialty. want to make her upper tier? increase the area of her q....that **** is hard to hit unless you are in an unwarded bush..which if you are playing competent people will most likely never happen.

Beeing a 1 button champion. Without any utility to the team.
He is annoying as hell tho... and a good poke... but there are waaaaay better pokers than AP Yi anyway...
