I use H for "assist me" and T for "omw". I have spacebar assigned to smartinventory 2. I think my "forward" and "back" buttons on my mouse are also assigned to inventories 1 and 3, respectively.

1 for any items.. 2 for health potions. 3 for mana potions. 4 for wards. Other numbers for other items.

Usually 4 for offensive actives, such as DFG or Hydra, because I find it easy to fit it into a full rotation of my other spells. 2 for HP pots early-game, 2 for defensive items such as Zhonya's and Randuin's late-game. 3 for wards at all times. All other keys are there to fill anything else, such as Crystalline Flask.
5 for smart casting item slot 1 where i usually put Hp-pots and offensive items
6 for smartcasting item slot 2 where i usually put mana pots and defensive items or pinkwards
T for normalcasting item slot 3 where i usually put wards/wriggler's/sightstone

i tried to put a oneshotmacro(for ryze) on my mouse but it was so slow that i could ,,type" it as well.

I have binded T,G,3 for the slots 1,2,3 of my inventory(unfortunatly my mouse sucks so I can't bind anything to that).
So which one's are your favorite? :) Any reccomendations would be nice as well!
