Honestly Blade of the Ruined King and Mobility Boots are not horrendous choices. Phantom Dancer on the other hand..............

Actually, if it's mid Lee Sin and he manages to take the initiative to roam, Mobility Boots are actually alright. I think I've even seen Voyboy take them toplane to permagank mid and steal enemy buffs.

But otherwise, guide sux.

I'm missing the explanation for masteries, runes and items. Also I recommend that you remove that sentence about not knowing how to do masteries properly, since it's already obvious without :P Have a look at what others do. You say you build him like a tanky dps, yet you have 0 points in the defense tree. I wouldn't really recommend those points in the utility tree, so I suggest you move them to the defensive tree. Then you still have a pretty agressive mastery set-up though.

Also, it might be a nice idea to turn on C2V(comment to vote). Some people might call you a sinner for not doing it, and of course it makes sure you get some nice feedback and lower the chance on troll votes.
