Basically, after vsing several Rumble's recently, I have found him to be needlessly powerful in teamfights. Even after beating him in lane and shutting him down, his ult + Liandry's Torment can literally 1 shot both the adc and ap carry on our team.
I used to main Rumble a while back, he has always seen to be quite balanced but with the new items.. I just think he might need a little scaling back. His win rate is also amazing, if that vouches for anything, especially because he is also quite rare to find.

What do you guys think?

Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.

He's always been a strong pick - its just that people know how to play him now, whereas everyone sucked at managing his heat meter in S2

I used to love Rumble. Not sure why I basically don't even touch him anymore o.O

I like him, but suck at him. I need to practice up. I think the main thing is as others have said that Rumble ain't easy to play.

No one even seems to practice Rumble anymore. If I face him top, I get stomped by him, because they obviously knew how to play him, but whenever I try to play him, I do horrible 'cuz he's so hard to play. Yet I never see any bad Rumbles? Meaning everyone who plays him is already good at him. :S
