Change runes, Sona does not need movement speed quints.
Add BB coding, spice it up a little.

I'm ok with your masteries and runes.
But please, rework your guide and add images. When you come here, you don't wanna read read a book but a cool and clear guides with some nice pictures and BB coding.
That's why I downvoted.

The masteries are preference.. you can run AD marks on ranged supports for early game aggression or magic pen if you like to use your abilities more.. its prefference.. you can run armor marks if you facing heavy ad on bot lane.. and masteries... are also preference.. the masteries and runes are personal for everyone and you should take in your playstyle if your passive go 0/9/21 or just go what i put if you like to maybe go in for trades more often..
