Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.

I can duo with you if you need someone, I'm silver 1, never dropped a tier, usually advance by a tier in 1-2 weeks, never stay there for more than 20 games, I main ADC and jungle, I'm a good top and decent support too, but you probably don't want me mid (pro cho mid though). I'm usually on in the evening/night. IGN is the same as here
