Btw I laned against a Nunu & Willump with Garen after they limited the health pots you can carry, and I got destroyed :(
Because of how strong consume is he could trade 1-2 hits for a E so I was harassed always and everywhere.
I think that a possible way to counter nunu a bit is to push hard his minion wave to his tower because he has awefull wave clearing and hope that he will use his Ice Blast to farm.(ward your river if you want to do this ofc).
