But the part with "SPACESPAC!" is more or less necessary for keeping the specific look I'd like on the guide.
Other than that, I fully agree with you.
@color=black; It's okay if you were to use it, but where I saw it, it made no sense at all, because the space there was unnecessary. I believe it was in the ability explanation.
@Gameplay chapter; Ok, that is understandable, still, either combine the chapters or put something in that chapter, because right now, it is just an useless chapter :P
Hope this clarifies a bit more what I think should change :P

9/25 Full Build Quality Explanation
It's fun and all that you put in an item sequence, but why don't you explain it? You also explain Infinity edge twice, both as core as situational :S
You also do not explain everything that you had put in your build (looking at runes and items now)
Summoner spells are also not explained, it is pretty much a direct copy from Riots explanation, I'd suggest you put it in your own words. Also; Rate the importance of those summoner spells, so people might understand what you need to take when.
The other summoner spells, you didn't explain them, why did you put them in your guide?
" SPACESPAC!" Why the hell did you do that? Can't you just put the sentence together?
You also have some weird skill sequences in between, and you didn't explain them why you did what you did.

The rest looks good though

Not a bad start, and happy to see you responding politely to feedback and criticism. I noticed you said, "He can stand far away from Karthus, thus Ez is a counter" - I don't think this is the correct theory behind the word "counter". Perhaps you should work on your counter section a little more :)
