Today I was searching something in google images for Morgana and I came across this beautiful image. I'm like wow, this is pretty nice fan art. I clicked to go to the site and it said it's a new skin. I was like :O no way! I haven't seen riot post anything about it so I thought I'd talk to you guys to see if it's true and when it's coming out. If you guys have heard about this and if I'm late my apologies lol.

It's called LaLlorona. It's from a Latin American myth. Surrender@20 thinks it's gonna be the free skin for the Latin America servers.

Splash art says very little about actual skin quality, but judging by Riot's recent improvements in modeling, I wouldn't be surprised to see a good one come out.

Surrender@20 has some images of an in-game La Llorana.
I love the transparency in the outer layers of the dress, although it is not so visible against the grass.

the ultimate skin is probably going to be something they have a huge thing about, this is just for the latin release like gladiator draven was for the italian release
