You can, but personally when I'm ahead I'll counterjungle the enemy jungle. I'm not that impressed with culinary master because I don't buy that many pots with vlad, but if you like it, go for it. My word isn't law!

Quick question. Why take Runic Affinity instead of Culinary Master ? Admittedly, it's not that good on Vlad either because he's manaless, but I cannot think of the last time I got a blue buff while playing him. The only thing he gets from it is CDR, and it got knocked down to 10%.

Rylai's Crystal Scepter + Liandry's Torment can be good choice. (if you have spellwamp runes you will get %9 spellwamp and thats enough i think.) also with Rylai's Crystal Scepter passive gives higher passive demage to Liandry's Torment . that will be good choice if you are against tanky enemies.

It's a good build not gonna lie. I'm currently working on a Vladimir guide myself. I wish you would discuss other options for your masteries. I'm not a 100% certain if you covered 21/9/0 as a possibility. I also believe looking over the different spell vamp items might be a good investment. defaulting to spectral wraith has become a major thing for most spell vamp champions. Maybe covering Will of the Ancients and possibly gunblade for the hybrid penetration marks everyone is so fondly discussing in your build. I notice you talk about how he can have some horrendous match ups in lane. I think it would be good to cover who counters him and how to deal with them.Hope that helps.

Great build, atleast for gold-silver-bronze, carried me through all games i played 92% w/l with this build, only difference is i use full ap build with magic pen, might be the reason of few losses. Thanks! :)
