For me is running in the middle of a crazy teamfight with 
Soraka to heal the bruiser and the ADC that dived too much with Heal, the underfed tank with Astral Blessing, silence an ulting Katarina, use Mikael's Blessing's active on the crippled APC and..survive :D

There was one time when I first tried LeBlanc (besides the obvious tests against bots) when for some reason I went into some bushes (the ones on the right side of the first mid purple turred) and saw the whole enemy team there waiting for me. I used Q to escape and had to mimic it to go even further. I survived with around 10 hp after the Darius bleeding wore off. I went in the /all chat and shouted "'sup *****es".
