Wow that cass nerf is ridiculous it would only apply if she landed her Q anyway. That was her only realiable nuke to make an agressive mid lane campion that can transmit the damage she had soaked up. That's not a nerf, it now slows them by 35% instead of 15% and heals you for the full spellvamp value.
