Blade of the Ruined King I assume. It's definitely wasted on Draven because of his ridiculous AD ratios.

It is not that Blade of the Ruined King is bad on any adc.
It is just that in most situations they have other items that scale better.
Draven's q and ulti just happened to scale ridiculously well with flat ad, and that is what Bloodthirster does best!

Most games you don't even build it at all because Draven's Spinning Axe scales too well with BT in general. Additionally, Wicked Blades works with Critical Strikes as well so PHD does a better job in increasing dps. Draven is one of the few carries who will hit hard regardless of you having a bazillion HP or not.

I saw Draven build with a BoRK once. I actually laughed at first, but we got raped. I wish I would've saved a screenshot or something.
I don't see that item being one of the best on him but if you're doing good with draven, you're just snowballing like crazy, no matter what your build is.
