The meta changed so drastically, I find myself playing twisted fate with the following build and owning:

Boots of magic pen - Blade of the ruined derp - Trinity Force - Infinity Edge - Last Whisper - defensive item or runaans hurricane.

Due to his short range and relatively slow AD start (IMHO), farm till you get a vamp scep and bf sword, once you reach that you should have a better lane presence. I personally get wild cards at level 1 because it helps with long range poke. I'm a passive TF starter so I use wild cards to last hit minions far away and poke the enemy ADC early game. Although most start with pick a card for the stun, TF does not have much killing potential without a good amount of AD. His new passive gives you an average of 3 extra gold per minion kill so even if you are a few minions behind the other ADC, you should be able to keep around a relatively close gold count. I don't use this build but when I play my AD TF, usually I end up the same way any other decent ADC gets treated - targeted first in fight and quick to go down if you don't have a good supporting team or quick reflexes. The AD scaling on pick a card though is a great help, especially gold and reds in a team fight where you can whack a bunch of people at once of focus down that pesky ADC or APC. I'd recommend getting your farm up first then work on technique. Flash + Gold Card is common as is Ulti + Gold Card.

Man, I really love this post! I'll keep playin TF AD this way, cuz it's never worked as good as it has since I started using the 3hit-300crit build. Great guide!

1. Agreed with Vayne. She is able to kite well with Silver Bolts, but note that everysingle time she would come to deal damage, I would just stun her with Pick A Card and perhaps also Stacked Deck and just walk away.

The point of this build is play safe until mid game where your burst will be greater than any other adc, and Twisted Fate can have fun versus vayne, because his ulti counters her ulti and his stun counters her Silver Bolts procs for a few secs.

2. Yes, you are completely right. His Q and E are really a nightmare for Twisted Fate, I was infact already thinking in changing the difficult to medium because, Varus part was made at the start of season 3, and much have changed since then ( Varus is stronger).

But note that he isn't that hard in mid and late game, Twisted Fate can easy counter varus because varus cannot deny his stun + burst UNLESS the enemy is a very pro varus.

Varus can infact deny Twisted Fate burst gameplay, by just simply flashing away and ulting EXACTLY at the exact second Twisted Fate happears from ultimate.

many matchups are missing and the ones that are already there are not 100% correct.
Specifically:
1.even if Vayne is ''teribble'' early game she is preety challenging for tf to beat.Why?Because se has 25 more range(except when picak a card is concerned) so will be able to kite you with Silver Bolts from a safer distance.She can dodge your Wild Cards easily and early game you HAVE NOT GOT ENOUGH BURST TO BEAT HER IN GENERAL!!!
2. Varus:his Q can outrange u , his E can outrange you his R can outrange you ,his range is longer and he has much more early game power.He can clear minion waves and hurt you at the same.How is tf going to respond at trades?

Anyway, won't downvote just of a mistake .The accounts with 0 posts upvoting seem suspicious ,though.

+1 dude, I dont care what anybody says about AD/Crit/Carry Twisted Fate, this build is just so OP. First match in and I got 15/5/10 on Twisted Treeline using only Beserker's Greaves/ SotD/ Sanguine Blade/ Infinity Edge. People can RAGE and shout all they want at the match begining, but at the end of the day they have no choice but to congratulate at the match end, this is the reason why TF if my main : versatile, looks tottaly bada**, is f***ing fun to play as ... GOOD JOB :)
