Rayne is a Hybrid champion who specialises in Melee fighting whilst having a range of crowd control, Ranged Attacks and a overpowering Regen that when worked together create a near unstoppable solo laner

Rayne Passive is Determination, ever 10 seconds depending on what you are doing at the time Rayne gains one special move
if Rayne is standing completely still he gains Dodge, Rayne will move out of the way of all attacks aimed directly at him for up to 3 seconds as long as he doesn't move
if he is using an ability, if the attack kills an enemy champion then all cooldowns are halved
if he is using normal attacks, then he gains a 100% attack speed increase for 1.5 seconds

Q: Dark Blood (Active)
Rayne is coated by a layer of Blood that when touched by a minion or enemy champion put a counter of them, this counter remains on the enemy champion until Rayne Ultimate is activated and doesn't reset if the champion dies.

W: Nightmare Slash (Active)
Rayne sends a slash attack across the floor dealing damage to the all enemies in its path sending all minions to fly backwards, if a enemy is directly behind any minions at this time they will be hit for bonus damage and stunned for a brief time.

E: Resonance Scream (Active)
Rayne sends out a blood curdling scream towards his enemies, if the enemy is facing Rayne then they will be permanently stunned until they are next hit by an attack, if the enemy is running away or facing away they will take speed reduction depending on how far they are from Rayne (the further away the bigger the reduction)

R: MADNESS
Rayne gains Invincibility for 2 seconds then has his Attack Damage and Attack Speed increased by 100% then an extra 10% for every champion who has a Dark Blood Counter on them, the original increase is permanent for as long as Rayne remains alive but enemy champions will lose their counters once they are killed whilst Rayne is in this state.
Rayne can not use any of his abilities during this time

I would say when playing as Rayne you will wanna get one point on Q and E before you max out W, R isn't actually going to really help out until you are in the middle lane fights at the end so you can risk not activating this until later on.
Remember though purchase Armor and Magic Armor increases as well as Armor Peneration in order to get the most out of his attack


Tip to play as Rayne:
- Try to use Resonance Scream just before activating MADNESS, this will give you a good chance to deal some major damage in a fight
- Determination when timed correctly can become Rayne greatest attribute, try to learn this as quickly as possible and he can become unstoppable


Tips to play Against Rayne:
- When you seen Dark Blood is activated, try to Range attack only or keep behind the minions as much as possible until one of them takes the counter
- If Rayne is in MADNESS, try to spend your time restricting him and then double or triple team him quickly to take him out

Two problems. One this champion is pretty over powered. Two This will probably break some copyright law because they sound almost exactly like Crona from soul eater. Sorry but I had to be that guy.
Why keep them living when the dead are so much easier to work with?-Malphyron.

His passive is OP as ****, as it's Jax's E, Katarina's Passive, and Jayce's W all rolled into one. His Q does nothing but apply a status effect that nothing but his Ult interacts with. His W is Syndra's E that uses minions instead of dark spheres. His E is imba as ****. Stun until he hurts them? He could easily stun someone in the jungle then just leave and they are stunned for the rest of the ****ing game? That's awful game design at it's pinacle. Not to mention it's a version of Casseopia's ult in a basic ability. I'm not gonna even ****ing touch his ult. This character is honestly unfixible. I'd advise you starting from scratch.

That's not even the worst part. He gets resets, attack speed boosts, and invulnerability for doing jack ****. Literally, he becomes invulnerable for 3 seconds if he doesn't' move. Just an awful idea.
