Coding: Change small icons to wiki links, add more.
Formatting: Too much wall of text.
Ornaments: Add a heading picture to every chapter if you started like that. Lacks some beuty elements

Chapters: Add more on gameplay.
Runes: Change AD seals, mention some alternatives.
Masteries: Nothing here, it's fine like that.
Skills: You could max at lvl 13 but thats minor.
Items: Way too questionable. is pretty damn weak compared to for example.
Gameplay: Not informative on gameplay at all.

You have to accept criticism better, if your readers point out bad things/mistakes look into it instead of going douche on them. You wrote it for others anyway.

This comment seems heavily opinionated without much research into the play style i recommended with Pantheon. I can see your point in that I don't use any defense runes but try a few games with my style and you'll see not only does he not fall off late game. You dominate yourself so much so early game, everyone else is playing catchup.

I made my guide in such a way that was aesthetically pleasing to me, i apologize if you don't like it. Too much bbCode tends to make a site look cluttered, in my opinion.
