Maybe consider working on a lane match-up section? Which ADCs Lulu works well with, which enemy picks will be easy or hard etc.
I've considered it but thought against it. Since bot lane is usually a 2v2 the different number of combinations I would have to go through is too much because I also have to factor in my own ADC
thanks
It's not the prettiest guide, but that certainly doesn't take anything away.

Otherwise, great stuff.
I just used this build (keep in mind I'm only SL 23 so it wasn't even a ranked game), and even though my games aren't anywhere near the same tier as ranked games, pro games, etc, this really helped me out, and allowed me to use Lulu in a different way than I was accustomed to. Great guide, super helpful.
Glad I could help
I see this on many lulu builds and I really don't understand it. Why do magic penetration marks and not replace it with armor marks. But I get it you wanna poke your Q as much as possible but why then magic enetration and not replace it with things like ability glyphs because the adc will hardly have enough magic armor to penetrate, or am I wrong ? My oppinion tho is that with ability power your poke will improve AND also your support skills. In that way you dont waiste runes solely on poking. But ultimatly I would do magic resist glypg armor seals and armor marks. Please give me your oppion
On ability power marks
They only give you +5.31 whereas mpen gives +7.8. I'm really leaning into the early game by taking mpen
On defensive runes
I do not use these, my guide stresses good positioning over defensive runes. I see them as a sort of crutch most of the time and even during harass skirmishes, the ADC should be the one focused. If they aren't focusing him/her and focusing you instead, that means more kills for your laning partner
interesting runes...i get that you want to be able to spam her shots more....and I get that she has range on her skills that let her poke without necessarily getting hit back but she is going to be pretty soft when she has to do some trading.
My take on it is that if they're focusing you, your ad can just easily pick up the kill since none of the damage is going to him. I don't mind trading my life to their ad in exchange for his/her life to my ad because at the end of the day, he's dead and can't farm while my AD is farming exp and gold putting himself ahead.
Also, her shield does mitigate some of the harass/skirmish damage especially since it gets a low CD even at level one
will have to try this out as i play her often.
would like to see some matchups/synergies when you can.
Will do
I'l elaborate more
Only for retreating since they need to be facing you to get the buff. Shurelya's does the whole speed boost thing better
Is this assuming your laning partner isn't harassing with you? I'd be prepared to sacrifice some mana if I can turn a 2v2 to a 1v2 and force a recall.
IMO, a support like Lulu shouldn't be in the frontlines...ever. Not unless you have some ult like Sona's. My build focuses alot on positioning, its a very important that you're NOT in a position to eat up damage and as such, armor seals and MR glyphs are a waste to me (I mean, if they want to kill you, they're going to do it even if you get MR and armor runes, might as well sink those into utility)
I particularly like the CDR glyphs on Lulu. Because your first few items should be ruby sightstone, boots (level 1 or 2) and Philosopher's stone, you're most likely not going to have access to CDR until the start of mid game. Having 17.5% to start with is really helpful and deceptive if you max the shield
I guess I can elaborate on some item choices but honestly, there aren't that many choices anyway so comparing is kind of hard
I guess that's something i'l do over time. I want the content done right first though.
